Early Sunday morning just after 2 a.m., Sedalia Police initiated a traffic stop at 2nd and Missouri for a lane violation.

A search of the room revealed a firearm, drug paraphernalia, a digital scale, and a large amount of cash.

Tammy Dickinson, United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri, announced that a Garden City man was indicted by a federal grand jury Tuesday.
