The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 27-year-old Brittany M. Martin of Warrensburg at 3:45 a.m. Wednesday in Clay County

He then attempted to flee by pushing away from the officers. It was at that point “the subject was assisted to the ground and taken into custody.”
