The Sedalia-Pettis County Emergency Management Agency will conduct its monthly siren test at 12 noon Wednesday, July 12, according to EMA Director Mark Jackson.
After more than nine years in the position, the director of the Sedalia-Pettis County Emergency Management Agency has announced his resignation. Dave Clippert says that he will be relocating to Iowa in May. His resignation is effective on May 17, 2017.
Diane Conner was recently named the Sedalia-Pettis County Emergency Management Agency 2016 Volunteer of the Year during a meeting at the Pettis County Courthouse, 415 S. Ohio.
Today marks the start of National Preparedness Month 2016.
