A St. Louis County woman is charged with two counts of first-degree murder after she tracked down her stolen car and allegedly killed two men outside a gas station.

18-year-old Ratliff T. Meseky of the 2400 block of West Main, was driving a car that was stolen from a Sedalia business, and was also driving while revoked.

As the officer attempted to make contact with the driver, the driver fled on foot.

Law enforcement officials say a car that was driven into the Kansas River, killing one child, was stolen from a central Missouri town.

The vehicle fled from the officer and a pursuit ensued. Police lost track of the vehicle near Route E and Maltsbarger Road.
