During the morning hours of Monday, Oct. 28, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the East Central Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant in the 50 block of Highway Y in Jonesburg.

As a result of the search warrant, officers seized a large amount of methamphetamine, fentanyl, prescription pills, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Three subjects were arrested as a result of this investigation.

Arrested were:
Stephen Delagarza II, 43, of Jonesburg, Missouri
Kaley A. Kostos, 19, of Warrenton, Missouri.
Anthony J. Kiely, 26, of Jonesburg, Missouri.

All three are currently being held at the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on 24-hour holds, pending the filing of formal charges.

--The East Central Drug Task Force was organized in 2001 and serves the cities of Bowling Green, Center, Centralia, Fayette, High Hill, Jonesburg, Louisiana, Mexico, Montgomery City, New Florence, New London, Palmyra, Warrenton, and Vandalia, the counties of Audrain, Cooper, Howard, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls, and Warren, along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
