Three central Missouri residents were arrested following a February 24 traffic stop east of McGirk.

According to the Moniteau County Sheriff's Office, the vehicle was stopped for lane violations, and deputies observed that the occupants inside were acting nervous. It was also determined that one of the occupants was on probation/parole for possession of a controlled substance. Consent was granted to search the vehicle, and methamphetamine and marijuana were reportedly discovered.

22-year-old Clayton R. Pace and 23-year-old Sidney E. Rodriquez, both of Jefferson City, along with 22-year-old Baily A. Gillpatrick of Sweet Springs, were taken to the Moniteau County Jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance.
