Three people were arrested July 18 after they were found sleeping in the drive-thru at a McDonald's in Sedalia.

According to a report, Sedalia Police were called to the McDonald's at 1611 S. Limit around 2:40 a.m. by management on a vehicle in the restaurant's drive-through with three subjects inside who were sleeping and appeared to be intoxicated.

The driver, 20-year-old Abraham Quetzecua Marcos of Sedalia, was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of Liquor by a Minor. He was also wanted on two FTA warrants.

His passengers, 17-year-old Juanito  Rubio of Sedalia, was arrested for minor in possession, while 17-year-old Jose Quetzecua Marcos of Sedalia was arrested for possession of liquor by a minor and also identity theft.

All three were taken to the Pettis County Jail.
