A 21-year old Warrensburg woman received minor injuries Friday morning following a two-vehicle wreck in Johnson County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at 11:15, on Highway 50 at Route Z.

According to the online crash report, a 2002 Ford Escort failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the passenger side of a 2012 Honda Civic.

The driver of the Honda, M.S. Davis, of Warrensburg, suffered minor injuries. She was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center, by EMS, for treatment.

The report indicates the driver of the Ford, 25-year old Matthew M. Thomas, of Centerview, was not injured. However, Thomas was arrested for Felony Driving While Revoked, Felony Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Crash, 3 warrants from Independence, MO, and No Seatbelt. Thomas was taken to the Johnson County Jail.

Both vehicles were damaged and towed from scene.
