Two people were injured early Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle wreck in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck at approximately 6:15, on Highway 65 at Georgetown Road.

According to the online crash report, the driver of a Ford F-150, 38-year old Danielle M. Northern, of Otterville, attempted to cross Highway 65, failing to yield to a Ford F-250, driven by 57-year old Richard A. Johnson, of Fayette, MO.

The Ford F-250 reportedly struck the right side of the Ford F-150, causing it to become disabled in the roadway. The F-250 then came to rest on the north side of the road.

Northern and Johnson both suffered moderate injuries. They were taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center, by PCAD, for treatment.

Both vehicles were totaled and towed.
