
Two Injured in Sedalia Wreck
Two drivers suffered minor injuries in a 3-vehicle accident Thursday evening, in Sedalia.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident around 6:20, on Highway 65, just south of 32nd Street.
According to the online crash report, a 1995 Kenworth failed to stop at a traffic signal, and struck both a 2003 Toyota and a 2017 Ford.
The driver of the Toyota, 19-year old Allen Castrellon, of Marshall, suffered minor injuries in the accident. He was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center, by PCAD, for treatment.
The driver of the Ford, 40-year old Matthew E. Wirt, of Sedalia, also received minor injuries. The report indicates he declined treatment, at the scene.
The driver of the Kenworth, 54-year old Raymond W. Kern, of Pleasant Hill, was not injured.
The Sedalia Police Department assisted the highway patrol at the scene.
