
Warrensburg Resident Injured after Vehicle Strikes Signs; Tree
A 24-year old Warrensburg woman was injured Tuesday morning after her vehicle struck 2 signs and a tree in Johnson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident just after 9:00, in the area of NW 821 Road and Highway 50.
According to the online crash report, a 2005 Toyota Corolla failed to negotiate a curve, traveling off the left side of the road and striking two Chevron signs. The driver then over-corrected and traveled off the opposite side of the road causing the vehicle to overturn and strike a tree.
The driver, Haley L. Brosch, suffered minor injuries in the wreck. Brosch was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center, by JCAD, for treatment.
The report indicates Brosch was wearing a safety device. The Toyota was totaled.
