Warrensburg Woman Injured in Crash

A 59-year old woman from Warrensburg was injured Monday afternoon in a one-vehicle Johnson County wreck.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at 4:20, on Highway 50 at NW 751 Road.

According to the online crash report, Ronda R. Gaela, fell asleep while driving a Chevrolet. The vehicle traveled off the road, down an embankment and into a tree line.

Gaela suffered moderate injuries and taken to Western Missouri Medical Center, by JCAD, for treatment.

She was wearing a safety device.

The Johnson County Sheriff's Department assisted the Patrol at the scene.

The Chevy was totaled and towed.
