Warsaw Man Injured in Friday Morning Wreck
A 20-year old Warsaw man was injured early Friday morning in a two-vehicle wreck in Benton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck just before 6:00, on MO-7 at Look Out Drive.
According to the online crash report, a 2010 Chevrolet, driven by Jonathon E. Webster, of Warsaw, experienced a vehicle defect and crossed over the center line striking a 2016 Ford, head-on. The Chevy then traveled off the road, striking a ditch and utility pole.
Webster suffered moderate injuries and was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center by EMS for treatment.
The driver of the Ford, 39-year old Michael P. Wallace, of Cherokee, AL, was reportedly uninjured.
Benton County deputies and Warsaw Fire personnel assisted the Patrol.
