Warsaw Woman Injured after Vehicle Strikes Tree

A 44-year old Warsaw woman was injured Tuesday afternoon in a Benton County vehicle wreck.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at 2:40, on Lost Valley Road east of Main Street.

According to the online crash report, a 2005 Saturn, driven by 44-year old Alana C. Lundy, traveled off the road and struck a tree.

Lundy suffered moderate injuries and was taken to University Hospital, by EMS, for treatment. She was wearing a safety device.

The Saturn was totaled and towed.
