Winchester Closed for Light Pole Replacement Between 10th & Walmart Truck Entrance

Evergy notified the City of Sedalia that on Saturday, Dec. 5,  beginning at 10 p.m. and continuing through Sunday, Dec. 6 at 8 a.m., Winchester Road will be closed from 10th Street, to just south of the Walmart truck entrance to allow for light pole replacement.

Travelers in the area will need to plan for alternate routes during this period as Winchester Road will be closed to all through traffic in the area.

This work is weather and equipment dependent and as such may be affected by inclement weather or equipment breakdowns.
