Windsor Driver Injured on Snow-Covered Road

A 53-year old woman from Windsor was injured Friday morning as the vehicle slid off a snow-covered roadway.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck at 9:15, on MO-52 at Route OO in Henry County.

According to the online crash report, a 1989 Chevrolet 1500 lost control on the snow-covered road, traveled off the left side and struck a tree.

The driver, Lisa M. Malotte, suffered moderate injuries. Malotte was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center for treatment.

Mallote was wearing a safety device.
