The National Weather Service has lifted the Winter Weather Advisory for West Central Missouri. The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) still reports that roads are considered slick in spots after the area received one to three inches of snow in some portions of our listening area. The areas between Kansas City and Columbia were hit the hardest and road crews are still clearing the roads. Be careful on side streets, bridges and overpasses.

Check road conditions with MoDOT before you head to church or go out shopping or whatever brings you to go out today.

The National Weather Service is not predicting any more snow, but we should only warm up to 26 in West Central Missouri. Bundle up and keep up with the latest weather updates with Weathereye.
