19-Year-Old Kansas City Man Charged In Shooting

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — A 19-year-old man has been charged in the shooting of a juvenile in Kansas City. Jackson County prosecutors said Wednesday that Leroy Walters was charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action for the Monday shooting. Officers say a juvenile suspect is in custody. The victim survived the shooting.
