Two Pettis County residents were injured in a three-vehicle accident late Thursday night.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident just after 10:00, on Highway 50 at MO-127.

The driver of a 2002 Mitsubishi Dimante attempted to cross the westbound lane, in front of a 2006 Toyota Corolla. The vehicles impacted, which caused the Mitsubishi to travel off the right side of the roadway, and strike a 2013 Chevy Cruze.

According to the report, the driver of the Chevy, 35-year old Matthew S. Neale, of Windsor was not injured.

The driver of the Corolla, 36-year old Ryan B. Windle, of Sedalia, suffered minor injuries and refused medical treatment at the scene.

The driver of the Mitsubishi, 17-year old Maya H. Martin, of LaMonte, suffered minor injuries. She was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

The Pettis County Sheriff's Office assisted the highway patrol at the scene.
