Today (Aug. 11) is day four of the 2013 Missouri State Fair, and it's Show-Me Salutes Military Appreciation Day, where military will get free gate admission for active military, veterans and delayed entry recruits with appropriate I.D.  In addition, immediate family members get $1 gate admission and $5 off carnival ride wristbands.

There will be a Military Appreciation Ceremony and special tribute to the Army and Air National Guard at 2 p.m.

There is a special one day show at the State Fair Arena today as Knights of Valour, North America's Premier Full Contact Jousting Troupe, will perform at 12:30, 1:15, 4:00, 4:30 and 5:15 p.m.

Be sure to head to the Coliseum and check out the Super Teen Contest at 6:30 p.m.

The Bud Stage will feature, Native Run at 2 & 6 p.m., the Nace Brothers at 9 p.m. and the Missouri State Fair Idol goes at 2 p.m.

The evening's Pepsi Grandstand lineup will feature the Missouri Association Championship Truck and Tractor Pull Qualifying at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
