The Sedalia Chamber is excited for the upcoming “Whiteman AFB 30 for 30 Walk” on Saturday, Sept. 30.

Whiteman reached out to the Sedalia Chamber looking for support for the 300 runners/walkers who will be coming through Sedalia.

They wanted to see if the Chamber knew of businesses or non-profits that would like to set up an information booth to promote Sedalia.

There is no fee to set up a booth, but the Chamber is asking that each business or non-profit donate one of the following items on the list below:

Items requested include: 50-Ganola Bars, 3-Bags of Apples, 4-cases of water, 3-12 pack Gatorade, 3-Bags of Fresh Clementine's, or 4-bunches of bananas.
This is on a first-come, first-served basis, due to limited space.

If you would like to set up an information booth, or if you would like more information please contact Debra Andresen at debra@sedaliachamber.com, or (660) 826-2222
If you would like to welcome the runners/walkers, one of their stops will be at the Katy Depot at 7:30 a.m. The Chamber would love for you to bring some signs cheering them on for their 30-mile run/walk.

If you would like to volunteer for check-in, water stations, bicycle safety patrol, etc., email 509bw.ho.b230th@us.af.mil
