Sexual activity between a juvenile female and an adult male reported in Sedalia

At 7:45 Monday night Sedalia Police received a complaint from a mother in Sedalia that an adult male had engaged in sexual activity with her juvenile daughter. An investigation is underway at this time.

Runaway Juvenile returned to her parents Monday evening

Monday evening Sedalia Police located a juvenile that had been reported as a runaway. The female juvenile was taken to the police station, and returned to her mother. No other information was contained in the police report.

18-year-old Sedalia man arrested for driving while suspended

Around 3:45 this (Friday) morning Sedalia Police arrested 18-year-old Dylan Seevers of Sedalia in the 800 block of East Broadway for driving while suspended. The police report states Seevers also faces charges of no proof of insurance, and plates required. At the time of the police report Seevers was in the Pettis County jail pending a $751.50 bond.

Warrant check results in arrest for a 53-year-old Sedalia man

The Sedalia Police conducted a warrant check at a residence in the 1900 block of East 12th at 2:22pm Sunday afternoon. Upon arrival officers made contact with the suspect, 53-year-old Billy Casto of Sedalia. Following confirmation of the failure to appear warrant Casto was taken into custody, and transported to the Pettis County Jail pending a $500 cash only bond.

Vehicle stop Monday afternoon nets a revoked driver

At 1:36 Monday afternoon Sedalia Police stopped a vehicle at 4th and Emmet for a defective brake light. A check on the driver, 48-year-old Stephen Fletcher of Sedalia revealed he was a revoked driver. Fletcher was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jauil where he was booked and released pending a court date.
