Afternoon Sedalia Police Crime Reports For October 29, 2014
Thefts from a motor vehicle reported Tuesday morning
At 10:37 Tuesday morning a victim in the 1600 block of west 13th reported tools were stolen from her vehicle sometime during the early morning hours. Also missing from the vehicle was a driver’s permit belonging to the woman’s daughter. There were no suspects.
Damage reported to a vehicle in the 600 block of east 6th
Just before 10am Tuesday morning Sedalia Police took a property damage complaint from a male victim in the 600 block of east 6th. The victim told the police someone dented the trunk of his vehicle. No suspect information was included in the police report.
Purse and butterfly net found on east 15th
Tuesday afternoon Sedalia Police received a report that a purse and its contents, along with a butterfly net was found on a woman’s porch in the 1800 block of east 15th. The purse was reportedly wet like it had gone through at least one rain. The purse and net are in the custody of the police department according to the police report.
