Homeless woman arrested following a disturbance call Tuesday evening

At 5:30 Tuesday evening Sedalia Police received a call on a man and woman yelling and arguing at the Eastside Hardees on East Broadway. Upon arrival a vehicle fitting the description of the reported vehicle with the suspect was leaving Hardees, and was stopped nearby. A check on the driver 23-year-old Brittney R. Ingraham a homeless person revealed she was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The police report states Ingraham was also arrested on two- traffic related charges. The report also stated credit cards and birth certificates with other names were found. At the time of the police report she was on 24-hour hold in the Pettis County Jail pending formal charges.

Woman reports seeing a thief riding her bicycle

On Monday a female victim reported the theft of her bicycle. According to a police report the woman was driving home from work when she saw the thief riding a bicycle she believed to be hers, and when she arrived home and checked her garage the door had been forced open, and her bicycle was missing. The woman reported a container with items was also taken from her porch. Total value of the woman’s loss was set at $560. The suspect had not been located at the time of the time of the police report.
