Afternoon Sedalia Police Report For Tuesday June 2, 2015

Sedalia man arrested for a warrant and resisting arrest

At 1:38 Monday afternoon a Sedalia police Officer observed a male subject known to have an active  Municipal warrant. Upon contact with the suspect identified as 30-year-old David J. Peak of Sedalia the warrant for failure to appear was confirmed. The police report states Peak then ran from the scene, but was captured later. At the time of the police report Peak was on 24-hour hold pending a $50 cash bond on the warrant, and formal charges for resisting arrest.
