Sedalia police arrest two on warrants during a traffic stop

Just after 9 o’clock Sunday night Sedalia police stopped a vehicle at 6th and Lafayette with an owner known to have an active warrant. Officers arrested 35-year-old Jamie Clark of Sedalia on a failure to appear warrant out of Pettis County for 3rd degree assault, with a bond of $25,000. Also arrested at the scene was 22-year-old Joseph Pruitt of Sedalia on a failure to appear municipal warrant for no operator’s license. Both men were taken to the Pettis County jail pending their bonds.

Green Ridge woman arrested Sunday for driving while suspended

At 7:31 Sunday night Sedalia police stopped a vehicle at 19th and Washington for no front license plate. A subsequent check on the driver, 22-year-old Sarah McAteer of Green Ridge revealed she was a suspended driver. At the time of the police report McAteer was in the Pettis County Jail pending a $533.50 bond.

31-year-old Sedalia man arrested on a Booneville warrant Sunday

Around 8:30 Sunday night 31-year-old Andrew Dean of Sedalia was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of the city of Booneville. Bond was set at $100 cash only on the warrant.

Man in jail served with a warrant Sunday night

A Sedalia police report states that Sunday night a warrant for failure to appear was served on 34-year-old Billy Hill, who was incarcerated in the Pettis County Jail at the time. Bonds on the warrant was set5 at $200 cash only.

Sedalia man arrested around noon on Sunday for failure to appear

Sedalia police arrested 44-year-old Devin Montgomery at 3rd and Hancock around noon on Sunday on a failure to appear warrant out of Pettis County. Bond on the warrant6 was $141.50 cash only.

Municipal warrants served on three Sedalia residents Sunday

Sunday morning Sedalia police arrested 22-year-old Nekesha Windfield of Sedalia on a municipal failure to appear warrant, with an $88.50 cash only bond. Sunday afternoon 53-year-old Shelly Bero, and 25-year-old  Daniella Jalilvand both of Sedalia were arrested by Sedalia police on municipal failure to appear warrants. Bond on both women was set at $88.50 cash only.

Vandals target a Westside woman’s vehicle

At 7:30 Saturday morning a female victim in the 500 block of East 13th reported both tires on the driver’s side of her vehicle had been punctured sometime over night. There were no suspects.

Casey’s at 1601 East 16th  reports a $20.03 gas drive off Saturday morning.
