We’ve covered shopping, so let’s continue the pipe dream by bringing some new restaurants to town. There was much excitement recently with the opening of Panera Bread Company and Freddie’s Steakburgers, and we already have some great places to eat, but there are a few places that would be pretty great if we had them in town.

While getting a great steak or hamburger is a one of many memories at the Missouri State Fair, in recent years people have also made time to stop in the Beef Showcase that is organized by the Missouri Cattlewoman's Association.
