Community Santa Prepares for Final Week of Registering Families In Need
November 26, 2012 The Community Santa program in Sedalia has reached its last week of registering families that are in need of Christmas assistance. This program benefits not only families in need, but the elderly and handicapped as well. It works with the other social services agencies in Pettis County and all donations are used to help as many as possible.

Child Safe of Central Missouri will hold their celebrity dessert auction tonight (Nov. 20). You can get homemade desserts and help a great cause. They use the term celebrity VERY loosely, but since they asked, this will be my third year donating to this event.

The National Mall: What the Honor Flight Veterans See [PHOTOS]
November 8, 2012 Kids, today is our Show Me Honor Flight Radiothon. We're trying to work with the 40&8 and other veterans groups to send the World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam War veterans to go see the monuments raised in their honor on the National Mall.
Central Bank of Missouri Sponsors Boys & Girls Club Auction
November 7, 2012 Central Bank of Missouri will act as the title sponsor for the Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri's annual “An Evening of Heart & Hope” auction. As the first title sponsor ever, Central Bank will donate $10,000 to the organization, as well as dedicate their resources of time and talent to assist in making the auction a success.
