In a report Sunday afternoon the Missouri Tigers' Director of Athletics Jim Sterk announced that the football teams is pausing all football activities due to increased positive COVID-19 test results.

But do people still do that?

So I threw out a couple of questions on the KIX 105.7 Facebook page. One was "Fake or real Christmas tree this year?" and the other was "Favorite Christmas candy."

I know I'm not the only one that has experienced cancellations of vacations/trips this past year due to the coronavirus. Two of the three were ones that my wife and I had planned to go to Phoenix and two were family members that couldn't come back to Missouri due to Covid-19.

I understand the "Shop Local" theme. It should be the first thing you think of when you live in small towns and/or rural areas. It makes all the difference in the world when you spend your hard-earned dollars at the the local stores.
