Choi MU’s Choice For New President, Source Says

A provost from the University of Connecticut is about to be named the next president of the University of Missouri.

A person familiar with the search told The Associated Press on Monday that the university system's governing board is expected to finalize the appointment of Mun Y. Choi.

The person insisted on anonymity because the person isn't authorized to discuss the matter publicly ahead of an announcement Wednesday.
