Deepawater Man Injured in Benton County Accident

A Deepwater man was injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred Thursday afternoon in Benton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 24-year-old Hunter C. Green was the driver of a southbound 2003 Yamaha on Old Balltown Road, just north of Route H (southeast of Lincoln)  around 12:30 p.m., when the driver lost control of the bike and laid it down in the roadway.

Green suffered moderate injuries and refused treatment on scene.
