Well, the Easter Bunny is on his way, the snow is gone for now.  I heard we could have two more snow storms, and one of them could be a whopper.  I hope not, because if it snows next week, we'll have to hunt turkeys in snow camo and snow shoes.  That won't be fun, so let's pray for no snow.

Snaggin' has been good for several good fish.  I had a friend who caught two over 80 lbs in one day and several over 50 lbs so far this season.  Crappie has been a little slow but it's only getting better.  We're getting our new crappie jig in at the shop soon, and we'll also be having a fishing segment each week with lake levels and upcoming tournaments, so keep listening for all of that good stuff.

Also, this week is the State Fair Archer Shoot.  Yes, we know it's Easter, that's why you can shoot either Saturday or Sunday.  Saturday sign in time is 7:00 - 10:30 a.m., Sunday is normal time.  They say it's going to be 60 degrees on Sunday, so hopefully we'll see you there.

This week's blog is kind of short, but I'll make up for it next week.  Remember to get the kids outside and involved.  Hope to see you soon, and don't forget about Easter at the Mathewson.
