Ellen Ann Twyman, 67

Ellen Ann Twyman, 67 of Sedalia, passed, Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at the Landmark Hospital in Columbia.

Funeral services will 1:00pm, Monday, July 7, 2014 at McLaughlin Funeral Chapel, with Rick Allen officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until service time. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.mclaughlinfuneralchapel.com

Ellen was born January 19, 1947, in Sedalia, to the late Roy L. and Opal (Wickliff) Wade. She attended area schools.

November 5, 1965, in Sedalia, she married Donald D. Twyman. He preceded her in death on December 25, 2009.

Ellen worked for Lamy’s Clothing Manufacturing, as a machine operator and later became an inspector. She worked for 32 years before they closed. She was of the Catholic faith.

She is survived by her son Mark Twyman and his wife Crystal of Sedalia; sister Kathryn Allen of Sedalia; along with several nieces and nephews.

Ellen was preceded in death by her brothers Gary and Melvin Wade and sister Naomi Thompson.
