2016 Patriot Ride

Save the date, May 14th, and plan to join us for a fun-filled day with a huge silent auction ($20,000+), a big motorcycle ride, live music, bake sale, BBQ by Bare Bones BBQ, and kids activities. Come out and help us honor our many local veterans from Johnson, Jackson, Cass, and Lafayette counties as we help raise some much-needed funds to help our ill, injured, and wounded veterans!!!

This is an all day event, open to anyone interested in supporting CVO and our veterans. All vehicle types are welcome.

For those who wish to register in person on the day of the event, please do so at the starting location of your choosing, May 14th between 7:30 to 8:00 am (the morning of the event).

Itinerary:

Participants check-in or register at one of three starting locations (listed below) between 7:30 - 8:00am. Kickstands up will be between 8:00 - 9:00 am depending on the location.

American Legion Post 21 - 16701 E US Hwy 40, Independence MO
American Legion Post 131 - 733 E Young Avenue, Warrensburg MO
Yeager’s Cycle - 2001 S Limit, Sedalia MO

Each route is approximately 100 miles and will take 3 hours at a comfortable pace. The routes will be emailed to each participant once determined.

The last bike must check in at the Holden Community Center no later than 1:00 pm.

• 10:00 - 2:00 pm = Silent Auction, Live Music and Kid Activities
• 11:00 - 1:30 pm = Lunch provided by Bare Bones BBQ (Pleasant Hill, MO)
• 1:30 pm = Opening Ceremonies and Recognition of Sponsors / Organizations
• 2:00 pm = Rider's Awards, Silent Auction Distribution, and Closing Ceremonies

After events at the Community Center, and participants may choose to ride back to their start location as a group or split off on their own.
