“Day of Action” is scheduled for 7 a.m., June 22 at Katy Park.
Day of Action is a Pettis County of United Way event that pairs up volunteers with various projects in the neighborhood for one day out of the year to benefit those residents who need work done on their property, but are unable to do so.
Breakfast will be provided by Altrusa, followed by the projects and clean-up areas around a six-block radius of Katy Park in Sedalia.
The event is expected to be wrapped up by noon.
