The Johnson County Rodeo will take place September 12 and 13. They'll have Mutton Busting and a Rodeo Queen Coronation, and on Saturday Chiefs Cheerleader Susie will be there with Warpaint.  Adult tickets are $10 if bought in advance, $12 at the gate.  For children aged 6-12, tickets are $5 in advance, $6 at the gate.  5 and under get in for free.  Tickets are sold at Quarry City Savings and Loan, Elsberry Realty, Bi-Lo Country Mart, and Woods Supermarket.
