Additional Information

The Kiwanis Club has been in contact with Mr & Mrs Claus, and they've agreed to help a local guy, George Bain, with a fundraiser.  It's going to be at 2701 Station Avenue and they're having it to help people with Down Syndrome.  Down syndrome results when one of three types of abnormal cell division involving chromosome 21 occurs. All three cell division abnormalities result in extra genetic material from chromosome 21, which is responsible for the characteristic features and developmental problems of Down syndrome.  George is going to be doing a big light show with music, and they've asked Santa to meet and greet our kids.   Mrs Claus will be passing out candy canes to everybody.  Don't miss out on this great chance to get to see some fun displays, talk to Santa, and help out our local folks with Down Syndrome.  It's on Saturday, December 7 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and you know the Clauses are going to be having some fun.
