MDC’s Legislative Liaison Guest Speaker at Pacyhderm Meeting

The next Pettis County Pachyderm meeting is at 12 p.m. Friday, Oct. 13 at the Heckart Community Center, 1800 W. 3rd, in Community Room C.

Jacob Buxton, the Missouri Conservation Department's Legislative Liaison, is the guest speaker.  He will provide an update, and answer questions on the biggest challenges facing the Department of Conservation, as well as share his experiences in different roles in Missouri state government.

"I am a driven political operative and former Chairman of the Missouri Federation of College Republicans," Buxton says in his Linked-In bio.

Those attending also may purchase their lunch at the Heckart Community Center’s cafeteria or may feel free to bring their own meal.
