Funeral Announcements for August 2, 2023

A memorial service for Gary Scott Townsend, 53, of Sedalia, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 4, at Cornerstone Baptist Church. A celebration of life luncheon will follow in the church fellowship hall. Burial will be at a later date in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A celebration of life for Mary Beth Kamphefner, 63, of Sedalia, will be held on Monday, Aug. 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rea Funeral Chapel. Arrangements are under the direction of Rea Funeral Chapel.

There will be no formal memorial services planned for Leonard Wilfred Weedman, 80, of Sedalia. Body donation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial for Ruth A. Mather, 67, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 2 at the Sacred Heart Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul.  Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.

Funeral service for Mary Ruth Dalton, 87, of Sedalia, will be 1 p.m., Friday, Aug. 4 at Heckart Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 3 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Gravesides service and burial for Elizabeth Ann Fischbach, 90, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 4 at Bear Creek Cemetery near Osceola, Mo. Arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A private family memorial gathering for Rhonda Burch, 73, of Sedalia, will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

There will be no services held at this time for Laura Fay Roach, 72 of Marshall. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

A celebration of life for Jason Keith Rowlette, 46, of Lee's Summit, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 4 at Rea Funeral Chapel.
