Funeral Announcements for August 9, 2023

A private family memorial gathering for Rhonda Burch, 73, of Sedalia, will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

There will be no services held at this time for Laura Fay Roach, 72 of Marshall. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Funeral service for Stephen Davis Barth, 76, of Vero Beach, Florida, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26, at First United Methodist Church on Thompson Blvd. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Funeral service for Forest Andrew Franklin Allen, 85, of Smithton, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9 at Rea Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour before the chapel service. Burial will be at Flat Creek Cemetery, Sedalia.

Prayers and the Holy Rosary for Gary Dean Oerly, 62, of Boonville, will begin at 4:45 p.m., followed by visitation until 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Boonville.  Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 11 at Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Pilot Grove, with full escort from the Boone County Fire Protection District. Arrangements are in care of Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home.

Funeral service for Shirley Marie Mulvey, 84, of Otterville, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, at First Baptist Church of Otterville. Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Otterville. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church. Arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

Graveside service for Illa Mae Yeater, 88, of Cole Camp, will be held at a later date in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Fox Funeral Home.

Services will be held at a later date for Kathleen Gail Creighton, 49, of Warrensburg. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Heckart Funeral Home.

A funeral service for Marilee Davis, 73 of Sedalia, will be held at 12 p.m. Friday Aug. 11 at the Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home.
