Funeral Announcements for June 23, 2023

Funeral service for Arthur Harold Hagen, 89, of Cole Camp, will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 24 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church near Cole Camp. Burial will be in Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery with military honors by the American Legion Post No. 305. Arrangements are in care of the Fox Funeral Home.

Burial for Robert Paul “Bob” Edgar, 88, of Sedalia, will be in Fort Scott National Cemetery, Fort Scott, Kan., at 12:30 p.m. Friday, June 23.

A celebration of life for Christie Lynn Nixon will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, June 24 at First Baptist Church in Cole Camp, followed by a potluck fellowship meal, please bring a dish.  Arrangements are under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.

Visitation for Virginia Martin, 90, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 26 at St. Vincent de Paul St. Patrick Chapel in Sedalia.  Mass of Christian burial will immediately follow at 11 a.m. at the church.  Burial will be held at Highland Sacred Gardens.  Arrangements are in care of Heckart Funeral Home.

The family of Jerry D. White, 75 of Sedalia, will have a celebration of life gathering at a later date. Cremation arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

Graveside service and burial for Wilma Jean Hale, 76, of Sedalia, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 23, at Wheeler Cemetery in Dixon. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Friday prior to the graveside at Rea Funeral Chapel.

The family of Johnnie W Ennis, 91, of Sedalia,will receive friends at Heckart Funeral Home on Thursday, June 29 from 6 to 8 p.m.  A Catholic Burial Mass will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, St. Patrick's Chapel on Friday, June 30 at 10 a.m., followed by interment at Calvary Cemetery in Sedalia immediately following Mass.
