Furor in Ferguson Keeps The Governor From the Annual Ham Breakfast at The Missouri State Fair This Year
For the first time in many years the Governor of the State of Missouri was unable to attend the ham breakfast named for the office due to the circumstances in Ferguson Missouri. The Governor reportedly felt it was his obligation to be in Ferguson at this time. While there was no main speaker at this year’s event. Missouri State fair Director Mark Wolfe, and Former State Senator Jim Mathewson Moved the event that included the auction of the champion Hams and bacon, as well as a commemorative belt buckle along to its conclusion.
