Georgia G. Colflesh, 80, of Sedalia, died Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Bothwell Regional Health Center.

Born September 27, 1932 in Albany, NY, she was the daughter of the late J. Paul and Elizabeth (Johnson) Green. On June 7, 1954 at the Seventh Day Baptist Church in Milton, WI, she was united in marriage to Wayne E. Colflesh, who survives of the home. Also surviving are four children, Teresa “Terry” Masters (Paul), of Toledo, OH, June Moore (Evin), of Kansas City, MO, Mark Colflesh (Debbie), of Waterloo, IA and Sharon Autenrieth (Kevin), of Maryville, IL; two brothers, Paul and Frank Green, of Milton, WI; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

She and her husband served churches in Oklahoma, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, California and Missouri. She used her voice and the ability to listen in the service of the Lord.

Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Epworth United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Shelby Seelinger officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Epworth United Methodist Church, in care of McLaughlin Funeral Chapel.
