Golf Cart Accident Injures 1 Man in Pettis County

A 60-year old man from Lawson, MO was injured early Saturday morning after being ejected from a golf cart in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at 5:25, on Maple at Clarendon Road.

According to the online crash report, the golfcart was making a left turn out of a private lot onto eastbound Maple St. The occupant, Samuel E. Owens III, of Lawson, MO, was not secured in the bed of the golf cart and was ejected from the vehicle.

Owen was taken to University Hospital, by PCAD, for the treatment of moderate injuries.
