The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting a temporary closure of Missouri Highway 52 between Missouri Route 127 and Pettis County Route E from Mon., May 6 until Mon., May 13.

Crews will be repairing the barrier wall of a bridge that was damaged after being hit in a crash. Motorists are asked to seek an alternate route. All work is weather-dependent.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
