Highway 61 At Cuivre River Closes

TROY, Mo. (AP) — The Missouri Department of Transportation has closed all four lanes of U.S. Highway 61 at the Cuivre River near Troy due to high water. The Post-Dispatch reports the department said the closure due to flooding may force motorists to make detours Monday. Department officials also said that alternate routes such as Missouri Route 79 and U.S. Highway 54 were closed intermittently Sunday.
