A Holden teen was injured in a two-car collision that occurred Monday afternoon in Lafayette County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a 2010 Ford became disabled due to inclement weather, while on Route Z at Mountain View Drive (southwest of Odessa)  just before 5 p.m., when 2013 Toyota, driven by 18-year-old Domanic R. Sizemore of Holden, overtook and struck the Ford on the driver's side.

Sizemore suffered moderate injuries, and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by JCAD. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The driver of the Ford, 43-year-old Josiah P. Koniecki, also of Holden, was reportedly not injured.

The Ford had moderate damage, while the Toyota had extensive damage. Both were towed from the scene by Elite Tow.
