Jack Carleton Morgan, 71, of Sedalia passed away September 08, 2015 at Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.  He was born on June 27, 1944 in Normal, IL, a son of Leon Morgan and Hilda Reeser, who preceded him in death.

On December 28, 1972 at the Green Ridge Presbyterian Church he was united in marriage to Donna M. Evans, who survives of the home.

Jack enjoyed fishing, hunting and boating. He also loved watching racing and going to the tractor pulls and especially loved going to North 65 Cafe and playing Liars Poker. Jack served his country honorably in the U.S. Army in Vietnam.

Besides his wife, Jack is survived by his four children, Crystal Meyer, Melody (Don) Cea, Jason (Amy) Morgan, and Chad (Holly) Morgan, all of Sedalia; five grandchildren, Justin, Sara, Joe, Ryan, Jack, Joseph, Jeremiah, Jade, Gauge, Cain, Ashlyn and Danielle; seven great-grandchildren, Dayton, Konnor, Kylie, Domonick, Meadow, Gage and Melina.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Joe David.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, September 14, 2015 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia with Rev. Mike Banks and Jay McMillin officiating.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Sunday at Rea Funeral Chapel.

Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Sedalia, MO.

Memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
