Karina Miranda Wins Cadet of The Month For Smith-Cotton High School

Cadet Private First Class Karina Miranda was named the Army JROTC Cadet of the Month for Smith-Cotton High School.  A cadet from each company competed on 20 March, 2015, for the honor of being named the “Cadet of the Month.”  During this competition, a panel of senior Cadets asked five nominees questions relating to the Army JROTC curriculum and current events.

Based on her superb performance the panel named Cadet Karina Miranda, from Echo Company, the Army JROTC Cadet of the Month for March.

Smith-Cotton High School Army JROTC cadets and cadre would like to express our sincere appreciation to the 40 & 8 Veterans Organization for donating the Cadet of the Month plaque and presenting the plaque to Ms. Karina Miranda.
