The Liberty Center Association For the Arts will debut the new patio at the Country Club with a Midsummer Night's Soiree this Saturday night (June 22) at 7 p.m. This event will not only be a fundraiser, but will also will mark the announcement of the STAR (Sedalia's Top Arts Recipient) Award.

The 2013-14 Season will be announced during the course of the evening. The evening’s master of ceremonies will be Ron Wineinger. In addition to Cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres, there will also be a paper moon photo booth and an auction including pieces by local artists in the culinary arts, aswell as gift bags.  Cocktail hour entertainment will be a quintet from the Sedalia Symphony along with a Midsummer Night poem by Faith Bemiss.

“While this event is a fundraiser for the Liberty Center, attendees will also experience the arts,” said Terri Ballard, Liberty Center Executive Director. “We promise great food, good company, and a wonderful art experience."
